Por<\/span> lo<\/span> t<\/span>anto<\/span>,<\/span> si<\/span> el<\/span> administ<\/span>rador<\/span> no<\/span> cumple <\/span>al<\/span>gun<\/span>a<\/span> de<\/span> las<\/span> t<\/span>are<\/span>as<\/span> es<\/span>pe<\/span>cific<\/span>adas<\/span>,<\/span> el<\/span> prop<\/span>iet<\/span>ario<\/span> p<\/span>ued<\/span>e<\/span> ex<\/span>ig<\/span>ir<\/span>le<\/span> que<\/span> las<\/span> cum<\/span>pl<\/span>a<\/span>.<\/span> Est<\/span>o<\/span> signific<\/span>a<\/span> que<\/span> el<\/span> prop<\/span>iet<\/span>ario<\/span> p<\/span>ued<\/span>e<\/span> ex<\/span>ig<\/span>ir<\/span> el<\/span> p<\/span>ago<\/span> de<\/span> los<\/span> honor<\/span>arios<\/span> ac<\/span>ord<\/span>ados<\/span> o<\/span> el<\/span> cum<\/span>pl<\/span>im<\/span>ient<\/span>o<\/span> de<\/span> c<\/span>ual<\/span>qu<\/span>ier<\/span> o<\/span>tra<\/span> oblig<\/span>aci<\/span>\u00f3n<\/span> est<\/span>ip<\/span>ul<\/span>ada<\/span> en<\/span> el<\/span> contr<\/span>ato<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
